Most staff members were very nice except for the shuttle driver… he never greeted me and acted very upset that he had to take me to the airport even though I had my name placed on the schedule the day before. When dropping me at the airport he never said one word. Other than the shuttle driver it was a great stay. "

He handled them with composure and superior attunement to finding the best solutions for their needs as well as the issue of being booked out.
