Smells of pot smoking most of the night. I outgrew that in college and don’t need a reminder. Noisy air conditioner sounds like something stuck in it. Breakfast was not great and watching the delivery man drop off food and grab himself breakfast while wearing some kind of delivery gloves was more than enough.

The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The couldn’t have been nicer or friendlier. The breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

In general the staff and property were of good quality. There were several major issues the staff couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. The pool was closed for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. That was one of the main reasons for selecting this property. Second there was an extremely annoying beeping coming from somewhere that the staff could not silence. This lead to sleepless nights and an over all miserable stay.

The property has good signage from the road. The outside of the hotel is a well manicured property and the building looks clean from the outside. Upon entering the lobby it is clean smelling and well lit. The gym is clean and well-lit. The pool area is clean and well lit.

Home 2 Suites Beachwood
Have stayed in several Home 2 Suites through the years and aside from the front desk staff that was amazing this hotel was not the standard we've come to expect with this chain. Bathroom was dirty (hair everywhere and wasn't mine), soap was empty, tv wouldn't work with remote so couldn't watch, breakfast was cold, bad, and lacked selection. Probably won't stay at this particular Home 2 Suites again.

Horrible experience all around. The whole place stank of marijuana. We stayed there due to the amenities, it was supposed to be a shower/tub combo, there was no tub. The breakfast was never ever stocked at all, out of all the sandwiches, out of waffle batter, out of milk and coffee. This was an issue all 3 nights that we stayed. The bathroom door didn’t lock at all, it didn’t even latch which led to my one year olds arm getting smashed in the door. Trim was peeling of the walls and floor. Overall would not recommend this facility at all. I’d rather stay at a motel 6.
