I really like the area that this property is located. It is close to freeway and is in a quiet business neighborhood. The room was very nice and spacious. The grab and go breakfast was very lacking. A couple of the mornings when we came down, there was nothing stocked even though it was still breakfast time.

Upon check out, the hold should be released back to the credit card sooner. Also, for the continental breakfast, there should be more options than just instant oatmeal packets. Coffee would be great. There were no bowls for the oatmeal so I had to eat oatmeal out of a cup. Bagels, orange juice, etc., would be a much better continental breakfast.

The hotel room was decent enough ,however, limited breakfast, no coffee pot in room or microwave. Staff was courteous. Unavailability of towels or wash cloths until 7am. the next morning.

Remove the term breakfast from the listing . It is ridiculous they just have gronolla bars and the coffe maker only put out hot water . Im not sure how you can legally call that breakfast

The room I stayed in was very nice with a small kitchen, dining/work table and a nice bathroom with walk in shower. Unfortunately, there was a large air handling system on my balcony that was noisy. There are a few restaurants within walking distance which makes it convenient in that respect. The place overall is pretty nice but like many other reviewers have mentioned, forget about breakfast, it doesn't exist. You can expect a cup of coffee and that's about it. Looks like they're short-staffed like many places so maybe that's why so to be safe, assume there will be no breakfast.

The room was clean but the hallway areas were not. In addition, the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. It kept us up. It also failed to blow out any cold air. The noise and warmth made the overall experience pretty frustrating.

Had no staff to check in. Until a manager was called in because a staff member left the premises a customer was trying to scam saying that he was employed and a maintenance guy confirmed that he didn’t work there and he began to assist and communicate that someone was coming. The manager that came in was very apologetic and helpful. Need more staff

The only issue I had with the property was that the pool was a bit colder than we were expecting. It was around 70-75, which our four year old loved, but it was a bit chilly for our 19 month old.
