This resort had everything! It was clean, everyone was friendly, it wasn’t run down at all. Lots of activities included for my teens to do while I relaxed with my hubby. This place was the perfect spot for our family vacation.

My wife and i love staying at this property because its connected to a wonderful golf course, its easy to get to wonderful dining up in clayton, cornelia, & clarkesville, and its comfortable. If you're staying in the area for any length of time, its great value.

I booked through expedia so I don’t suspect I was given any sort of discount. In any case, despite the hotel only appearing half full: I was given a dingy room at the end of the furthest complex on the ground floor. The room was dark and the back end looked on to the forest and a BBQ. People were wandering around and looking through the windows. Nobody cleaned the room. I was there for three nights. The room I was given must have been for the handicapped. The sink and toilet were almost on the floor. And the Grill wasnt really a grill. Just burgers and Quesadillas. No booze was available. Just soda. Otherwise just peachy. There’s really no othet place to stay in the area so just keep these things in mind.

Amazing.
We were only here for the night. However, we’re going to find a reason to stay longer. Everything was above any expectations we had. The two bedroom double king actually has “two”, yep, 2 kitchens. I don’t know the square footage but I can tell you there’s more than enough room for a reasonable sized family. Quiet, and peaceful with an eighteen hole golf course, swimming pool, miniature golf, hot tub, and many other amenities. This is worth just planning a stay just to relax. Very pleased and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Property needs update with stove, rails at stairs needed painting. Floors were very squeaky, very aware of guest on above floor, could hear every step they made, not much insulation between floors. Did have adequate kitchen needs, nice balcony. Activities for guest were good.

Loved the 2 bedrooms lodge that we stayed in. The unit was clean and has good amenities. One bedroom had a private hot tub. The unit had a full kitchen and a nice balcony. The resort has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, mini golf, arcade center, theater, tennis court and outdoor games, etc. Highly recommended for family vacations.

Nice place, would consider staying there again...
Really nice place, the room was great for the most part. The things I didn't like about my particular room: the entire floor sqeaked in the most obnoxious manner, not sure if all the rooms are as such; the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were not supportive of a human head. Overall it was a fine place, I would be willing to stay there again.

The location of this Resort is in between the best of the area; one direction to Helen, another to Tallulah Falls, another to Toccoa and the Museum... it's also 8 minutes to Clarksville with some great shopping and food choices. There were lots of bug this trip, inside and outside! We had to use repellant around the pool and hot tub at night, no big deal... worth it. We'd go out and about during the day and retire to the Holiday Inn for an evening of left-overs and hot tub! A Great spot

Nice family vacation
We stayed here as the main party of our summer vacation. Four children ages 5-17 and two adults. The condo was very clean aside from some slight staining on the caulk around the tub in the master. The staff was very friendly. The location was beautiful. The pool was huge and has a very shallow end which is nice for beginner swimmers. The mini golf is really nice but there are some areas that could use some rehabilitation. The movie wasn't shown on Sunday night, not sure if it was on other nights. The stables were closed and no horses, wish we would have known this ahead of time as we were really looking forward to riding. There was plenty of parking, and the beds were very comfortable. For the price there should have been free breakfast, however.
