Pillows are so pathetic. Flatter than the comforter. Didn’t receive a room cleaning (the “do not disturb” was never put in the door) for no apparent reason. We were gone from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, it was Not welcoming to return to an unmade bed and towels on the ground in the bathroom. Surprising for a Marriott hotel, usually my go-to. Might have to switch it up.

The sheets were stained and hair on them I had to get new sheets. I left my AirPods on the bed called the front desk to report immediately. I was told when house keeping cleans room they will give me a call. Never received a call I am tracking my AirPods the whole time watching as they are moving from place to place.

First of all let me start by saying I booked 2 queens and got 2 full/double beds AT BEST. 2nd checkout fine is 12:00pm and it’s currently 10:50am and the housekeeping lady just can’t into our room while 2 of us were still sleeping and my significant other was getting out the shower! I’m sure the desk has a list of rooms that were vacated and we just AREN’T on that list yet! Terrible!
