"Loved the hospitality given once we got down from the cab. The kaiseki dinner was awesome. Enjoyed the both as there were variety of baths to soothe different ailments. Best of all, the products you have used at the hotel can be purchased from the shop. At least I get to try out before buying. Will definitely visit there again."

"This was my second stay at the Tenza. Everything went well and no complaints at all. I’ve got to know more about the area near by and found a nice coffee shop. I went there twice because the coffee at the hotel was a bit sour for me and wanted to have a better taste for my day to start. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of food choices for everyone. Onsen and sauna as well as massage chairs were great bonuses to have after walking/working to relax your body and mind. Both massage chairs were not functioning well but, I am sure they will eventually replace them for their customer satisfaction. "

"Nice hotel in a great location, very close to Sapporo Station. The room was comfortable and a good size, with solid Wi-Fi included. One note, they do not clean the room every day, only when you request it. Otherwise, they only take out the trash and change the towels. They do note this in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful! "
