Stay was wonderful, staff were friendly and sincerely accommodating and went out of their way to assist me. The location was ideal for shopping and dining. Easy access to freeway and to my events. Studio, full kitchen setup was a very welcome surprise. Room very neat and clean. Thank you. I look forward to another stay.

Very noisy hotel. Dog barking in next room all night. Car parked in front of my room at 9:00 with music blasting in the parking lot with three guys dancing in front of my room. Shady things going on in the parking lot. My wife didn’t feel safe. People above me never went to bed stomped on the ceiling until 3:am. Property around the side parking lot had dog poop everywhere. Dog poop also on the sidewalk by the Lobby. They didn’t clean it up even after told it was there. Bathtub/shower wouldn’t shut off ran constantly. Bathroom fan so loud it wakes my wife up when I turn it on. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast in the lobby was a 6 foot table with coffe and a basket of stale packaged muffins from Walmart that’s it. Staff was nice, room itself was clean.

This was a quiet place to stay, and room was clean and comfortable. We were a little uncomfortable with the other guests that we saw at the property. There was no trouble, but folks seemed to be homeless folks that were taken in. Not sure. Day desk clerk was not always attentive.

The waiters are very nice and there is a small kitchen in the hotel which is very clean. The soundproofing is a bit poor, you can hear people walking upstairs.

The place was ok. It was nice having the convenience of the kitchen, but the room itself comes with the bare minimum. They have options to ask front desk for cooking supplies and shampoo but it’s a bit inconvenient. The hotel is old and a bit rundown and my bathroom smelled like weed. Also my room key kept deactivating and the front desk would say that happens if you keep your key near your phone or other credit cards, so not sure where they expect you to keep your key card. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, so that is a plus.

This property was perfect for our overnight stay, we just needed a place nearby a next-day function. Despite arriving very late, but were in our room within 10 minutes thanks to their personnel and processes. We selected a suite with king bed, the room was spacious, clean, nice bathroom and shower, the area is super-quiet along a corporate drive and close to highways but far away enough not to hear them. One note that was entirely our fault, we booked in a hurry and did not realize the Suite kitchenette comes stripped, amenities like a coffeemaker must be requested (at no extra price), thankfully there was complimentary coffee, tea, oatmeal/granola/bars/muffins in the lobby. One unexpected perk: We opened our blinds in the morning to a beautiful view of snow-capped mountains, shining in the sun :) Thanks for hosting us!

What a shame
My family and I stayed for 2 nights. We had traveled 4 hours for a soccer tournament. Extended Stay has certainly downgraded from what I remember. The carpet was stained, smelly, the rooms weren't clean, the whole experience was a disappointment. I hope corporate reads and more importantly take action for the lack of cleanliness. This Hotel needs a lot of help. Seems like the investors don't care/ Would rather get a fat paycheck than invest in the clients that matter.
