“We had a great time. Great area. Loved having the boat in front of us and the ability watch the boaters head out from the porch. Not having to fight for a boat slip was nice. The kitchen was a little tight quarter, but we made it work for our crew. We will certainly try and book our next trip there at that unit.”

“Really enjoyed super cute cottage. Bring volleyball and fresh veggies for bunnies, goats, ducks, and chickens. We brought a golf cart and took all around property and even onto town. Everything is very close and slow going. Highly recommend slowing down to enjoy Steinhatchee Landings.”

“This home was the perfect size for our family of four for our weekend stay in Steinhatchee. The Landings resort is a great location to take a walk and enjoy the resort amenities. This house had parking in front and back and we enjoyed getting to use the screened porches.”

“We had a great time at this property. It was a charming cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right down the street from the Marina where we rented our boats to go scalloping. Perfect place to get together with friends.”

“We had a nice stay scalloping and fishing. Had a little issue with the oven which the folks were suppose to come fix as well as some dripping in the kitchen light that was the AC condensation. Overall the beds were comfortable and the place was great for us.”

“We’ve stayed at the home twice now and we enjoy how clean and big it is. The kitchen is well stocked with clean dishes and pots and pans. Our only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom is small and uncomfortable. The room is huge and could easily fit a king bed with some nicer furnishings. That little upgrade would really make this place 5 stars.”

“The property was beautiful and well cared for. The house was also very well cared for. The area is a very quiet and private place. We would absolutely love to rent this property again just not through Vrbo. They were the only horrible part of the experience. Property however is definitely a five star for my family and I.”

“Needed a place to stay that was close to Manatee Springs and this really fit the bill. We ended up exploring up to Steinhatchee and Suwanee and down to Cedar Key. The house was right in the middle and was easy access to the main roads. The house was as described and amazingly clean. Will definitely use it again for excursions to the west coast.”

“Sandie's home is in a rural area with cleared, flat pastures that offer a 360-degree view of the night sky. We spent two nights enjoying "real" darkness without the insistence of city lights. Your private entrance is actually Sandie's front door. She will meet you when you arrive and hand you your keys. Otherwise you won't see her unless you call. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, and Sandie herself is a lovely and very interesting person. Any dog lovers will have an instant bond.……
