"Place is in a perfect location, if u go to the Casino they will comp your parking if you get a players card and play a little bit! Lobby Office was opened at checkin and looked completely unorganized! Rooms are not ready until exactly 3pm and downstairs bar and restaurants do not open until 5pm! Bartenders hanging out in bar during day but u have to go elsewhere until 5pm! Rooms are suites with living room and separate bedroom! I liked the room!"

"Good position in respect to magnificent mile, but you need a room at the rear. Way to noisy on from of hotel,even for 10th floor. No safe in room, so I wouldn't stop at this hotel again. To make it more secure, I changed my towels and put the trash out myself and left do not disturb notice up the whole time I was there."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. It is my first choice for lodging when I make my trips to the area. The location is ideal with plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance and it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the Railroad Station. I’ll certainly look to get a room at this location when I return over the holiday season. "
