One of our rooms the power kept going out and we had a hard time changing rooms They were constantly asking us how the service was and it was getting difficult to have a conversation with family when having breakfast

Great hotel poor transportation service.
Driver meeting us at the airport at 05:30 was 20 minutes late. No explanation or recompense. Then luggage was not delivered to room for over an hour until we went to reception to collect it ourselves. We just wanted to go to sleep. At the end of our stay we needed a taxi for a 4 minute drive. They wanted to charge 1200 plus tax. We took an Uber for 150. Housekeeping also took 2 days and repeated requests to provide an extra toilet roll. You may well expect a spare in a hotel of this standard!
