I am sharing with you my personal "get away from it all" vacation home to enjoy with your family and friends. Million dollar community boasting gated entrance, 3 floor, spacious rooms, extraordinary views. From dual zone swim spa, sauna, outdoor cooking, fire pit, family gaming, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, this home will leave a lasting memory and enjoyable stay. 2022 Sea Doo Switch 21-170 is available for rent with notice in advance

The Space:
Lakefront 3 story home, built for family and built for entertaining. Amazing views, access to kayaking to our community island. Gated community.


The house is 3 story, gorgeous floor plan, plenty of size at nearly 4800 sq feet with 7 bedrooms
which have their own privacy" along with 4.5 bathrooms . Parking up to 6 cars

Guest Access:
The entire home is at your leisure. Parking up to 6 vehicles

The Neighborhood:
gated million dollar community, quiet but yet 25 min or less from everything. Privacy and quietness is imperative to the folks in this community.
The neighbors appreciate their privacy and their quite , serene evenings so we ask you to please respect that. Any disturbing behavior such as loud music or excessive number of cars parked on their property line will be reported immediately to me and I will ask the guests to leave the premises immediately if enough evidence was provided by the neighbors. I want you to enjoy your stay and experience, but I also want to maintain my neighbors peace of mind :)

Excellent week on Lake Norman
The property was the perfect size for our group 9 total plenty of space to gather as well as be apart when needed. Good internet for those that needed to work or stream. The house is wellstocked with towels laundry supplies etc. Waseem is a great host lets you know when somebody is coming to the house - one example pool care. Would recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks for a great week on the lake!

It was exciting and fun. Full of memories. The driveway was a challenge but it made it all that more fun. We just had to slow down and be careful. This property is amazing. What you don't see from the pictures are the many different things that make vacationing here easy. For instance, there is dry towel storage right next to the hot tub; there is a hose next to the paddle boards to wash off; there is sand at the bottom of the stairs to the lake to make entry/exits more pleasant; there's a nice desk in one of bedrooms in case someone has to work. This thoughtfulness is carried throughout the home. We highly recommend!

Great property with many amenities. Game rooms great for both kids and adults. Located on a quieter part of the lake. Spa and outdoor kitchen are great. Owner and Andrew, his on site (when needed) rep were great. Definitely worth another visit.

Phenomenal Getaway
My boyfriend and I had a weekend without our four kids and we wanted a place to relax and unwind. This house was PERFECT!!! Everything we needed was here. Sam was the absolute best host. A Great Lake House!
Our large family really enjoyed this recently built house. It is larger than the pictures imply Stocked with all of the necessities for a short term rental, and comfortable. The views of the lake are the best part.

Family get together
Beautiful house with great lake views. Family get together with grandchildren ages 8 to 14. House has inside games for kids and even a card table which they enjoyed. Fishing at the lake was also fun and couple of them caught a few small fish. They also enjoyed kayaking and the paddle boards. Amazing time by all. Will definitely be returning. Great communication with owner who made sure we had everything we needed.

Gorgeous home and location, excellent host
My friends and I gathered for an annual trip here and were absolutely thrilled with the property. The house, furniture, appliances were all just gorgeous. Tons of space, lots of fun extra touches. We loved the swim spa and the outdoor kitchen. The screened in porch was a lovely place to gather on the cool fall mornings and look out over the lake. We loved kayaking and paddleboarding and then gathering in the spacious living room and kitchen area to play games and talk. Sam was an excellent host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. I'm certain we'll be back for another stay.

Great Family Weekend
We had a mini-family reunion and the property was perfect for us. We utilized every bedroom, loved the screen porch, used the kayaks and stand-up boards, enjoyed s'mores at the fire pit, played darts and air hockey, watched sunrise and sunsets over the lake and played lots of games as a family. Overall we had a very enjoyable time and Sam was a gracious and helpful host.

Wonderful gathering place for family
This home was beautiful and provided plenty of space for my extended family. We had 9 adults and a child and felt and no one felt crowded. We were able to utilize the amenities from the spa to the fire pit and games which provided us with a great extended weekend together. We did plenty of cooking and I was pleased with how well equipped the house was. The owner was very accessible for questions and made sure we had all of the check in/out information we needed.

Beautiful house right on the lake!
My extended family vacationed here for a long Labor Day weekend. We had the best time. The house is beautiful, sits right on the lake and looks exactly like the pictures on VRBO. This is the most well equipped house I have ever rented. You just need to bring your clothes and your family! Sam was the perfect host. Answered our questions promptly. I will definitely rent this house in the future.

Perfect house and location for our family weekend on Lake Norman. Great views of the lake in a quiet / peaceful cove. Kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor kitchen, swim spa, ice machine, two decks and more. This house has it all!

We had a wonderful family vacation here. Plenty of room for the 12 of us to comfortably enjoy the house. This house has many fun amenities. One of our favorites was the hot tub/exercise pool. The host answered our questions quickly and was extremely helpful. This location is a tad bit farther from restaurants and grocery stores- 10-15 minutes from the closest grocery but wasn’t a big deal.
