Beautifully decorated home-away-from-home offers modern amenities and instant access to all of Lake Norman.

Welcome friends to join you for lunch in your kitchen seating 10 or to the veranda featuring a fireplace and koi ponds.
Enjoy the comfort of a cove and the view of the main channel, minutes from islands, boat launches, bars and restaurants.

Dock your watercraft in your private slip and come relax on your 52 foot porch.

Come and tour one of the most unique Christmas villages that you will ever see.
Dorie has over 240 square feet of village space with amazing lighting and very intricate detail. It takes her approximately 120+ hours to set up. It is normally ready for viewing by Thanksgiving and remains up through the first week of January.

Large, comfortable lower-level apartment right on Lake Norman. Peaceful, comfortable, and quiet. All amenities taken care of. Kitchen is a little dated, but well stocked. Bedroom large and comfortable! Loved the dock and kayaks!

We just stopped in for 1 night. Upon Craigs recommendation we ate at Fat Daddy's (great food) and then spent the evening on the dock with a bottle of wine and watched the sunset.

Wonderful stay great hosts!
Great location close to everything and right on the lake. The apartment was clean and there was coffee Craig was so kind. The parking was great the home was easy to find. The porch has a wonderful view. We will definitely be back !!!

Perfect spring break getaway!
As a New York residents we were looking for a relaxing place to spend our spring break and this is the perfect nice quiet place to do so. With a lovely lake view, peaceful neighborhood. Thanks to Craig and Dorie for the warming welcome and for the hospitality. Also a perfect easy communication all the time. We are coming back when the weather gets warmer so we can enjoy the outside activities.

Peaceful place on Lake Norman
My husband and I enjoyed staying at Craig and Dorie’s peaceful place on the lake. Imagine waking up to a lovely lake view from your bed! The neighborhood was very quiet, even on the weekend. Craig was very easy to work with.
