I read the reviews before booking my overnight stay at Phil and Ann's and someone indicated that it was very clean, I couldn't agree more. We just had an issue getting the heat turned on, however I made a quick call and the woman helped me. I would recommend this motel. TY!

Fun stay at Phil & Anns Sunset Motel
Phil & Anns Sunset Motel was the perfect place for us to stay while enjoying the Rhythm & Roots music festival in Charlestown, RI. The room had everything we needed, and was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor games were just what we needed for fun! Badminton, Shuffleboard, the warm swimming pool, a cozy outdoor patio to enjoy morning coffee. We will definitely be back!

The property is super clean and well maintained inside and outside. The ice machine will run all night so shut it off when you go to bed. Rooms have been thoughtfully updated and make good use of the space - 2 twin room.

Absolutely no complaints. Everything was very clean. We weren't on a vacation. So we had just wanted we needed. Our only slight disappointment was that our beds weren't fixed when we left for the day. We thought maybe because we left them to neat? The kindly hostess recommended The Cove restaurant right down the street. Thank you! The service was great. The food was excellent. We went there twice. It was surprisingly quiet too. We couldn't hear anything from the other rooms...like water running,etc. Like I said in the beginning: no complaints. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
