"There's nothing not to like at this beautiful property!! It was just amazing. It is situated so close to the Chateau Frontenac that we could see it from our second floor window. Everything we wanted to do in town was in walking distance. They have an elevator and a lounge room in the basement complete with an expresso and wine machine. Also, next to the lounge there is a small spa pool that looked delightful. Last but not least and perhaps the best part for us was the rooftop terrace with multiple sitting and lounging locations for all sized groups. The sunsets were amazing from this location. Do yourself a favor and come to this hotel, you won't be disappointed! Their staff are so wonderfully helpful in every way! Please note, front steps are steep but you can enter through the back and avoid this. Also, ask about the parking in advance to insure that you know here the best parking is located. We parked very close in an enclosed garage arranged for by the front desk. It was perhaps better priced, more secure and closer than any other lot. Enjoy!! "

"Beautiful property. Excellent staff, very informative and helpful. Wine offerings and food in Artefact was wonderful. Look forward to returning. One note: Bed was quite firm, a feather topper would have been nice. "

"Overall a very nice experience at the Clarendon. My only complaint is that no blankets were provided that were made with natural materials. The thick polyester-filled comforter was too warm and using just the top sheet wasn’t warm enough. There was an extra blanket in the drawer but it was also made of 100% polyester. Sadly this is the case with almost all hotels these days. I just want a simple cotton or wool blanket so I don’t sweat. "
