"The staff at the Kimberly are so accommodating, friendly and professional. It was my husband's birthday and they brought a special treat to the room for him. We got in early but they allowed us to check in and they even gave us an upgraded room with a balcony. The rooftop is a lot of fun as well. I didn't get a chance to eat at the steakhouse but I heard it was very good. I live in New Jersey but work in New York and I love the area on the east side. This is my second time at the hotel but...

"My family liked this hotel for our trip to NY due to its locations to many things. While it gets VERY busy in the Times Square area, it is a great location for food, shopping, and catching the subway to other burros. The staff were attentive at the elevators and assisted with housekeeping when added items were needed for the room. Loved having the mini fridge and the clothing steamer was a plus! We would definitely stay here again. "

"Very happy with the overall experience at this hotel. Easy access to subway, 20 min walk to theater district, quiet side street so traffic noise not an issue, very comfortable bed, breakfast included, staff helpful. This will be my NYC hotel from now on. "
