"The property has some wear and tear and lacks quality in the workmanship within the rooms; however, it was all we needed. The Bedding, Bathrooms, and Kitchen were clean. Whenever we reported an issue, we were supported as soon as we called. The air conditioner in the 2nd-floor bedroom hardly worked, and the central air on that floor never worked. "Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money."
