"This property was just what we needed. As described, it is a rustic cottage. For the price, you cannot beat the location. It is just mere steps from the beach. The house was clean inside, and the furniture was super comfy. I do suggest bringing bug spray. The mosquitos were thick, but that is what you get when you are surrounded by water and we were prepared. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay there again."

"Stayed at this rental for Labor Day weekend with my family. The house was amazing, it was clean the beds were super comfortable, the only thing that was a little annoying was the squeaking of the bunk bed every time you move. Other than that, everything was great. we used the bikes that were available to bike to the beach and the shower outside was amazing! the bike ride to beach is about 10-15 min and walking is like 40 min, driving 5 min. I recommend staying here!"

"My daughter, dogs and I spent a week in May at this cute cottage on Broadkill Beach. The house was clean and nicely set up. The screened in front porch is bigger than it appears and was perfect for hanging out. The fenced backyard was a godsend for the dogs. Although the cottage can theoretically sleep 8, I wouldn’t recommend it as the living area is very small and the one bathroom is tiny. "This little cottage home was absolutely perfect. The location is amazing. So easy to get to the beach and to walk to many places in Dewey. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The host, Nancy, was also fantastic. She is easy to get ahold of and super accommodating and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And we would definitely stay there again."

"This place was perfect for us. We were coming for a quick getaway and this place was extremely clean, no weird smells, and looks like the pictures. Two things I want to mention that could help with booking is the campground does rent out bikes and I think kayaks which would have been helpful to know ahead of time.
