"The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The space was nice for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool area was perfect. Lots of floaties to enjoy! Great stay!"

"This was a nice home for our family and friend group. My husband and I were in town to see George Strait in Jacksonville. Our childcare plans had to change and we brought our daughter and had a friend meet us with her family to watch her. The host was accommodating and understood the situation. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our last minute addition. The pool was BIG hit with the kids. Getting them out almost made us late for checkout!!! Much nicer than any hotel I have stayed...

"It was great, easily accessible from JAX. We only used as a crash pad, beds were comfortable. It’s a work in progress but that is reflected in the price. Neighbourhood rooster gave a laugh every morning. I have nothing bad to say about our stay."

"Checking in was a little difficult. We couldn't use the grill because of the wear and tear. It was not safe to use, but the host refunded us for not being able to use the grill. Overall the place was comfortable."

"We had an assessable suite on the first floor. Nice and roomy! Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. On our first day, Breakfast room was short handed. Single person could not keep up with demand as much as much as he tried. Coffee out, cups out, trash overflowing. Not his fault. He needed a backup. We were there for 3 days, and it was mentioned we would have room serviced on second day. I requested service for that day. Beds were made, trash removed and fresh towels provided. Kitchen...

"The property was located in a nice townhouse community near I-10, but the area surrounding it was not the best. Very industrial. The property was updated and nice inside. We had issues with the door code, but the owner resolved it without issue. Master bedroom mattress was a bit soft for the guest who slept on it, but the other beds were fine (one was missing a top sheet). We were attending an event at Everbank Stadium and it was conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away."

"The hotel room was ok, I loved the larger televisions but the bed wasn’t as comfortable as what I’m use to and the bathroom needs to be updated as well. There were stains in the toilet and in the tub and that is not like a Fairfield, almost felt like a motel to some degree. Breakfast was very limited and what was available I’d rate a 6. Front desk staff was accommodating and that was a plus. Overall, I would stay again but it wouldn’t be my first choice for the price!"
