Traveled with my husband. 8 days total. We had a great time. Hotel was excellent, room was clean and spacious. AC unit AMAZING! It was HOT outside. Staff was friendly and pleasant. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel or our stay. The breakfast was ok, The Cubanita restaurant staff a bit slow and breakfast options a bit cheap, but since all i cared most about was my morning coffee, it was low key ok place for breakfast. Caye Caulker was great and Tte Caye Hotel is a great place to stay. Thank you!!

The hotel is fine except there is no elevator and i was accommodated on the last floor. So no fun climbing these stairs. Also breakfast was in the cafe accross and it was terrible and undercooked. No choice either. We did not go a second time. Staff was ok.

This hotel is very convenient. Right across from the arrival ferry on Caye Caulker. Accessible to shopping and dining and outings. Staff is verh helpful and friendly. I will go back. Love it!

Staff were very helpful. Facilities clean. Breakfast across the street is ok, but only because its free. A little expensive but cleanliness cant be understated.

The check in/ out process needs restructuring. While checking in the staff member checking us in was checking us in at the same time as as another party. She left our credit card out and visible for anyone to take down the number. She also took an astronomical amount of time explaining the "rules" of the hotel. And we couldn't check out until a staff member walked through our room. It was very interesting to check in and out of this hotel. We would probabaly stay here again but we would look for other options before we booked again.

We had booked a room through Expedia and paid for it but when we arrived they charged us an extra $21.33 US. Beware. I guess it is in the Expedia fine print but I am not used to this type of treatment Beware !

While the hotel is very modern. It is a lot of stairs. The staff was not available when it was time for me to check out so I had to carry luggage myself. Go slow is a understatement. I had to call every day by noon to get my trash dumped. It was definitely in walking distance to everything which was a plus.

Location and cleanliness the biggest plus. 4th floor walkup was no fun -- don't foget anything! Hotel requires that all soiled TOILET PAPER be placed in an open, uncovered trash can next to toilet, NOT FLUSHED. Ewww. Wish that bit of info had been made available in advance. A limited breakfast menu at the shop next door -- acceptable quality, but no more than that. I would not stay here again -- nothing horrible, but not a great vacation vibe.

Beautifully maintained property with very pleasant staff! Good location adjacent to the water taxi docks, across the street from the police station and nearby to many excellent dining options. The carts across the street served up some of the best food we ate, with very reasonable prices; we were frequent visitors. The hotel had a great restaurant with excellent coffee and well made breakfasts! Best part was how soundproof the balcony doors were! We wanted a balcony and it turned out to be over the main road, which was great for viewing life before and after we went out, but Saturday nights are raucous & these doors completely eliminated any noise from horns and even the construction next door - perfect for a relaxation get-a-way. We will stay here again!!

The property is less than 2 years old. Staff is VERY pleasant. Rooms are very clean. Lots of ocean, ferry and restaurants in walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was good. There is no elevator. The rooftop bar wasnt open but there are plenty of other bars close by. I would absolutely stay here again.
