"We stayed for the night just passing through on our way back home from southern Cali to our home base in upper Washington state We had five of us and 3 dogs. It was just enough space for all of us, but any more it would have been too much. The cottage is an old duplex so keep that in mind... Overall our stay was fine and the place was clean."
"It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We are definitely coming back!! Thank you so much!!!😊

"Everything went smoothly. Cute cottage and whimsical lit up back yard with matching hot tub. You do need to reserve hot tub times due to multiple units. All in all, a good experience. Kathleen, the host, was very nice and accommodating."

5/5 Excellent
An excellent place for a reasonable price.
"I went out for a historical fencing competition in Carson City and was quite happy with this hotel. It's an older property but it's very cute. A lot of care has been given to decoration, such as hand painted designs on the walls. It was very clean. The only fault was a bit of soap residue or something left on the shower handle but nothing that bothered me. The floor in the room seemed very clean. The included breakfast was "continental", and I prefer a full breakfast for when I do sports competitions, but it was adequate containing fruit, dairy, protein, and carbohydrates. The bed was extra comfy and the room was spacious and had a large fridge. One thing was especially good; the pad under the carpet was quite soft. This isn't something normally advertised but it was excellent for me because along with the clean carpet it gave me a great place to stretch before heading to my competition. So, I would say this is a uniquely good place to stay for athletes who need to stretch before competing. It's in walking distance of a nice restaurant and there's a bar across the street. The staff are extremely friendly. Some aspects of the property might seem a bit old or dated but there's no material complaints that I can make. In fact I plan to stay here next time I go to the same sporting event."
