"We really enjoyed our time here! Staff was very welcoming and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, and the pool and breakfast areas were nice. The hotel was in walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and it was an easy drive to several beaches and parks. We unfortunately had to leave early because my husband was sick and the staff was very kind and considerate about our situation. We definitely plan to come back! "

My room must have been situated near where when the laundry room was because for the entire stay my bed shook, making it impossible to get any rest. As you might imagine, laundry is done all day long at a hotel. Thankfully it stopped at 9pm, but if I wanted to rest in the middle of the day, nope. "Really great location, dune trails, close to the beaches and right on the National Seashore. We stayed the first weekend they were opened and we didn't have hot water, but they let us take a shower in a different room! No problem!! Great customer service!! Helen is very nice at the front desk. "

"The stay was fine, but we came before the full season so unfortunately we paid resort fees with no included amenities, would think that might be waived as the pool/hot tub was not open, as well as not having food or beverage service.
