Pool is very nice but would be small if it was peak season. It’s a bit out of the way of you want to walk around downtown easily. But overall it’s a great hotel especially if you’re staying for a while with the full kitchen

Great location. Nice and quiet. Underground parkade was a bit tight and the hot tub could’ve been bigger as only one was open, but overall was a nice stay and the room was perfect. Also don’t like having to pay for wifi in USD.

We liked the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the sauna. Also the rooms were well laid out, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks. We would like to come again.

Poor wifi/unmaintained stairs
The hotel leaves a bitter taster as it charges for wifi by the device in USD. Insulting to all Canadians. It also closed off a section of stairs leading to the lower parking level because they are too lazy to shovel it. This is Canada, snow is normal 9 months a year. The US management team should take sone time to understand the locals.

Never have had to pay for WiFi in any Canadian hotel/condo. This was disappointing. Also pool and hot tub were undergoing maintenance for a whole day. Also the sidewalk outside the pool doors was extremely icy and I witnessed a couple wipe out.

Ceci est notre 2e séjour à cet endroit cet hiver . Le rapport qualité prix est excellent . Même les studios sont bien équipés avec une cuisine complete avec plaque à cuisson , four et frigo régulier contrairement a beaucoup d’endroits où il y a seulement une mini cuisinette . Le personnel essaie de satisfaire à notre demande et l’environnement est très calme et à proximité de pistes de marches et vélo .

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet♡
It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, kitchen is nice, very friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool is nice! We really enjoyed our stay here as we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary.

Loved it and will go back, loss of star only because you have to pay extra for wifi in your suite which is crazy in 2023. Otherwise staff was great, room was huge and bed very comfy. Hot tub and pool (outdoor pool in winter even) was fantastic. Pool table near lobby takes loonies to play a game. 5 minute drive to town so make sure you have a car.

It’s away from the hotel strip, kind of nestled in the trees. Very quiet, but Drive able to down town. Very spacious room at a very reasonable rate

We have stayed here before, nice clean rooms and well appointed for convenience. Only issue is that the pool and hot tub were not open, (May 2023) we were told that it was under maintenance, same thing we were told in the Sept 2022. Web site states there is a pool and hot tub no mention of not available or under repair..

Stayed here several times, great place. Well maintained, friendly staff. Only downfall is no free wifi in rooms. But then when I am in mountains, I don't care about being connected.

The property was beautiful. Rooms are clean and newer with a great view. You can buy your own dinner and BBQ on site. You cannot hear the train as it goes through Canmore. The outdoor pool and hot tub were gorgeous and relaxing. Our only complaint is there isn't free wifi.
