Yes, it is true that we offer virtual check-in and check-out features at all our properties, but you can do both check-in and check-out procedures with the guest services agents located by our main entrance. We implemented the online check-in feature to allow guests a quicker check-in option for guest’s convenience as we know after a long day of travel you just want to check into your room! For the restaurant attached to our property, we have no affiliation with them and unfortunately have no control of their hours of operation. There are a few restaurants located just across the street that may have more convenient hours of operation and plenty of other restaurants located in downtown that we would have loved to recommend to you!We hope that you did enjoy the rest of your stay at Northwinds Hotel!

We are happy that you found our room with excellent condition and very clean, and that our friendly staff were able to help make your stay more memorable. However, we apologize for the issues you experienced for the second night stay at northwinds hotel. probably it was misunderstanding accrued, we never said that we need to ask to the booking manager to book a room. I was said that we do have room available for second night but unfortunately, we do not have the same room (#206) for the second night stay. However, If you would like to stay in the same room, please let us ask to group booking manager to move other guest to provide you a same room. Our goal at Northwinds is to provide quality and comfort for all our guests, and we are sorry we did not meet all your expectations we hope to get another chance to provide you better services and experience next time.

Hi Wendy. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our fireplace, the beds were comfortable, and that you enjoyed soaking in our bathtub. However, we are sorry that your stay did not meet all your expectations. The Northwinds' goal is to ensure that our valued guests have the best stay in our hotel, and unfortunately, we missed the opportunity this time. Your feedback is very valuable, so we have passed along your comments to our maintenance team who will fix the screen door lock right away. We will also follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure that the carpets are being vacuumed thoroughly and that linen is checked for hairs. Our back gate is rarely used by guests, but we are sorry that you experienced difficulties securing the lock. We encourage our incredibly knowledgeable front desk staff to try a variety of dining and activities in town, and I’m sure they would have been more than happy to recommend one of the many wonderful restaurants they are familiar with.
