Staff were super nice but accommodations were inconvenient. Arrived to check in and asked if we could have a second night as well. Was told they would let us know after they speak to the booking manager. When we got to our room, there was an alarm sound going off but we couldn’t locate it. We went downstairs to ask about it and the front desk person said it was a broken socket in the rooms upstairs. They were kind enough to move us to a new room, an even better room at that! Again, staff were extremely nice to us. So we asked again if we could have the new room for 2 nights and were told the same thing - I don’t know until I speak to a booking manager. He told us he would know by morning if another room would be available, but we would have to check out at 11:00, leave our things behind the front desk, and come back at 4:00 to see if the room was available. This was inconvenient and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our stuff behind when we had plans to travel 1-2 hours outside of the town for the day. We wanted to know our stuff was secure in our room and we could come back to relax whenever we were done for the day. We asked a second staff member the next morning just to make sure, but were told no we would have check out, leave items behind, and come back and hope a room was available. We left and went elsewhere.
The rooms were in excellent condition, super clean and bright, modern furniture.
