I am not sure if I remember the name of the lady handling the property and guest service right, I think her name is UTAMI, she is excellent in her work and attending smallest of the need and details of the guest, her team is the best. "Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel...
