The pictures on your website make it look peaceful and tranquil, but it’s more like spring break on the Las Vegas strip. I got a head ACH every time I left my room. There is not enough shade outside and I got super sunburned. The beach is not groomed. There was lots of seaweed on the sand. There are lots of rocks, which I cut my leg on, and the swimming area is very narrow. The food was excellent!

1. the proeprty is kind of old， but well maintained. Room feels humid when the AC is on. overall comfortable except the humidity. 2. dinner menu is excellent, breakfast and lunch buffet is always the same, only one restaurant is open for lunch / breakfast. lots of cocktail options. sepcial items like lobster/ tomhawk steak are charged 60~200 usd. coconut is only served from 12 pm to 1pm and cost 10 usd. 3. not enough shaded beach beds/ chairs. many chairs with shade is occupied by belongs all day and the hotel never manages them. 4.Need to be on the waitlist for dinner. 5. Paola seems always ignored me when i am in front of the Italian restuarant. 6. no early check-in before 3pm though one can dine before getting the room. super thanks i can stay until 5pm after checkout.

We came to stay as a family. We loved the staff and the amnesties in general. Everyone was welcoming and there weee plenty to do at the hotel. The beach is nice too and so is the food. The cons: too loud at night. Impossible to sleep. Also, the place needs renovations (AC wayyyy too old and loud, and some areas of the pools are cracking or shaving off for example). Still we were generally happy with our stay.

We loved staying here! The staff was absolutely amazing, they did fun activities in the pool and on tje beach daily, and love the large selection of food! Only complaints we have is most of the power outlets would show power but never charge anything, bedside light didnt work, and we couldnt leave food or drink because of ants. Otherwise this was an amazing stay!

Staff were nice but not super helpful when problems arose. We initially park where told and noticed water there. When checking later water was rising and smelled like sewage. I let staff know, and nothing was done. Again we checked on car after dinner, as it was a rental, and water continue to rise even faster. Finally they said we could park somewhere else. Didn’t say anything about the request about it earlier or apologies. Facility ran down, water leaking from ceiling in multiple places. Our bathroom smelled like vinegar our entire stay.

We come to Mexico often and this has been a favorite for us. The week stay was wonderful! The staff is amazing, the food fresh and top notch! The rooms and hotel clean and comfortable. It was my birthday and the staff surprised me by upgrading my room and decorating it. This trip was much needed and was perfect all around!

The animation team was great. Music was great at the pool but a bit loud. Alain and Christian from the team were great. All the staff everywhere in the hotel were very respectful and very friendly and the customer service was the most amazing I have seen at all the hotels I stayed at in my life in Europe of the US. Please pass the appreciation to your staff always as this is very important for your reputation as a hotel. The rooms need soundproofing as we could hear everything from the corridors and hear people talking loudly, which was annoying sometimes. We loved our room 2559. The design of the room is very convenient and a nice view of the lagoon. The Front desk staff were amazing and helpful as well, especially Josephina as she accomated our request to change the room very professionally. Thanks again.

The resort was lovely. There was only one small pool and a kid's pool. The food was primarily tacos. The servers were terrific. They will charge you a resort fee, and the Italian restaurant will charge you if you order steak or wine. That was not all-inclusive; the manager of that restaurant was very mean and disrespected. Buffet has the same food every day, The rooms were nice and cleaned every day. If you want coconut water at a charge, be prepared. Italian restaurants were the worst. It does not even taste like Italian food. Not worth the money you pay for all-inclusive.

Absolutely a great place to stay. Staff was fantastic. They were friendly, prompt, and catered to everything. Our only down side was the room location. (But this is on us). It was by the pool and with all the activities, it could be loud at times.
