We stayed in low season using the pool every day; the quiet and silence of the evening were very pleasant and appreciated. the house is 8 minutes walk from the supermarket and is 10 minutes drive from the marina area. what to say.... “Eine wirkliche tolle Unterkunft, sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Vielen Dank, an die Gastgeberin, die uns freundlich empfangen hat und wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat. In der Unterkunft war alles ausreichende vorhanden, für unseren Mietwagen hatten wir sogar einen Garagenplatz.”

“Lovely villa, perfect for family stay to allow everyone to go at their own pace. Nice residential area - no traffic noise or other disturbances. Pleasant walk to and from Playa Blanca even with 4 under 10s in tow - much flatter than I expected. Lots of amenities nearby. Great communication with property managers both before and during stay. Hoping to return!”

“villa had everything we needed. comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. the pool is a good size about 6ft to 3.5 ft deep.lovely cactus gardens.very safe and secure property with easy free parking. less than 10 mins from airport.very short walk to local bars / restaurants. a great base to see the island.great host.”

“After some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed though next time we would definitely consider hiring a car due to the long walk……

“This 2 bed house is exactly as described. Spotlessly clean. Probably the best equipped holiday rental we have ever stayed at. Modern decor throughout with lovely little front and back yard with seating & loungers to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. Location is great for supermarket, under 10 mims walk from the house. Its a good 20 mins walk to the nearest beach - its not the most interesting of walks and a bit of a hike to do every day. Underground parking if you have a car. The house is in……

“There was not enough information given about the location of the apartment. Even the taxi driver couldn’t find the address. If it hadn’t been for the fact we had stayed in the hotel in the past, we would never have found it. The hotel reception manager was very rude to us when we asked about the apartment, saying that they had nothing to do with the private apartments in the hotel. They wouldn’t let us purchase Wi-Fi. “Wir haben nur den oberen Teil des Hauses bewohnt, da die untere Wohnung erst bei Nutzung durch mehrere Personen geöffnet wird. In der Wohnung oben war es sehr geräumig und wir haben den Platz am Anfang bei schlechtem Wetter genossen. Bei bald folgendem besseren Wetter haben wir dann auch den Pool und die Terrassen (mehrere!) genutzt. “We Stayed here in April 24. The property is amazing, spotlessly clean, spacious and welcoming. There is a shopping complex with a hiper dino, restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk and the main strip is just 10 minutes away. The main bedroom has amazing views across to Lobos island and Lanzarote and there is a large roof terrace which gets the sun all day.
