"It was a lovely cabin maybe a bit small but most are. Its proximity to the main road was a bit challenging. Also we weren’t informed notice of the location up the hill until a few days before our trip date and by then it was too late to cancel. Furthermore if you choose this property be prepared for a winding road up the hill. Overall a pleasant experience at the property itself with spectacular views."

Microwave, refrigerator, a basket of snacks, dishes,and coffee and tea, We were surprised by the quality of the place. The workmanship that was put into buildin was 5 star. It is located in a great area on the side of a hill with a nice view of the mountain across the canyon. I would highly recommend this place!!!"

"The property is in an area with no service so the only thing you are reliant on is the Wi-Fi. The power generator went out on the second day and we were left with no electricity or service to make any calls. When we went to the emergency address listed in there no one opened the door. Overall very dangerous and unsafe, critters everywhere in the house."

"We met up for the Jazz Festival. Although tucked away, this was a great place to stay, with easy access. my only reservation was the climbing up the steep stairs. ( being in the mountains, I should have known.) One of the group has cardiac problems so this was a bit difficult. Otherwise, everything was very clean and well organized. Virtually anything we needed was available. The views were unbelievable coffee on the porch was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

We had deer right there one morning and sat out there with our coffee watching them. I will point out though, the water pressure was very low and not much hot water, no back to back showers! "We throughly enjoyed our four night stay at the Ranch River Cabin. Perfect size for the two of us. And having a full kitchen was perfect as we didn’t want to spend a fortune eating out. We really enjoyed our time on the ranch and all it had to offer. We spent time sitting at the private beach area on the river. We walked along the aqueduct and also took a hike up to the waterfall and to the top of the property. The highlights of the trip were all the wildlife/animals we encountered. Wild turkeys...

"Accessibility to park and restaurants convenient. The cabin was very tidy and clean inside. Cabin definitely needs some repairs to help keep the flying and crawling night insects out. A good sealing around wall AC and door frames is needed. Old windows in bedrooms. One window doesn’t close all the way so flying little bugs come in through the screens."
