Horrible services! No maintenance services after 5pm, so we had to go without a working sink for 10 hours. We agreed to accept limited housekeeping, however they assured us that did not exclude trash pick up or other general room services. However after 3 days without any services, we called to have our overflowing tiny trash cans emptied. They told us there was no one from housekeeping available. They finally told us they would bring us some trash liners, but when they came up they would not take the trash bags that were full, telling us it was not their responsibility and walked away while we were trying to find out what we were suppose to do with the trash. THAT SHOWED TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS. We had to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper, coffee, cups for the bathroom, after three days with no service, so we would have what we needed for our last night. Went down to lobby at 10am one morning and the lobby had just been mopped ( extremely dangerous with so many people coming and going during the day), and took our luggage cart out to our car, and there were no ramps on the sidewalks adjacent to the parking lot for the cart, nor for a wheelchair! When you pay this much for a hotel room, none of this is acceptable!
