This hotel was one of the best I’ve been to. Only for a few days their staff is welcoming, wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Novelle Bistro had amazing staff and well made breakfast, though not a lot of options, but nonetheless phenomenal. I would recommend coming here and I would and will come to this place again in the future.

This hotel was one of the nicest we've stayed at, even in comparison to those in Banff. It was clean and the staff were so friendly. The decor and design was unique, creative and we quite liked it. Water pressure in the shower was terrific. We truly loved it here and will be back.
