Great resort… loved the beach & friendly staff. Only downside is that it’s not truly all inclusive, as you need to pay a “cover charge” $30-$50/ person, to go to some of the restaurants. Great ceviche & drinks poolside! Overall, fun experience.

We found lip marks on a cup. A few of the dishes we got were dirty. There was rips in the sheet the top cover of the bed look like it was either attacked by moths or they were cigarette burns. Everything was just old and worn not a trip I wanna repeat, we were told that they were going to replace the sheet we went back into the room and the beds were made in the same sheet was there so we were literally lied to by staff

My stay at this property was fantastic. We purchased the all inclusive package. The experience exceeded our expectations. Although it’s known to be an older property, it is still nice. It is clean. The staff is nice, friendly and efficient. Shout out to Ismael, our waiter at the Beach, he is an excellent server. A shout out to Miguel, our waiter at the Sunsets sushi, all our food was brought to us in record time. The food in the restaurants on this property was delicious. The drinks were excellent not to mention beer was served in a can, it did not come from a keg. I commend all The stuff who kept a smile while working in the heat. The all inclusive included food brought to you to the beach, to the pool and room service too. I would definitely come back and recommend to all my friends.

Had a great stay with my husband and our 2 kids (18 months and 3 years old) The pool area was great with kids and the service was amazing! David the waiter at the pool was fantastic and kept the food and drinks coming! The food was amazing! All the fish was super fresh! Loved waking up to ocean views and fresh air! Loved this resort and can’t wait to come back! I would definitely recommend it to families with small children!

Good location next to the beach and close to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Food was okay in the buffet. Fellini’s was very good. Sushi bar was excellent. Breakfast buffet has some strange choices for breakfast. I didn’t know roast chicken and rice was a thing for breakfast along with refried beans. Great tortilla chips though. Best I have ever had anywhere.

Great hotel! It is a little outdated but it’s great! They have awesome breakfast and we enjoyed the room service and pool menu. Dinner could use better work, but overall I would definitely come back!

The pool, ambience and location are excellent. the beach is right on front of the hotel. The food was surprisingly bad. breakfast buttet was fine but the lunch and dinner quality was poor. the serice was hit and miss. We went with a large group and most people in our group had service issues.

Rose has been worn hard a little, but great swimming beach, amazing staff. The food was great, and a $5-$10 Uber to the party strip/marina. You have access to all the other resorts in the PB line-up, busses leave hourly. I like it that other local Mexican families from all over Mexico vacation there too.
