I have stayed at many All Inclusive Resorts and this one was by far the best! All of my expectations were exceeded. The entire staff is amazing and friendly. We will definitely return again and again!

Beautiful. Legit 5 star service and amenities. Far above the ‘other one’ next door (which I’ve also stayed at). Loved the design and all the little extras including the spa hydro treatment (included for guests). Restaurants were great, especially Yama. Habibi was tasty but I’d recommend skipping Lumiere if you are short on time - even the standard ‘French’ dishes seem to fall a bit short. Not my favorite. The pool service was great especially on week days. Weekends in wedding season is quite busy and often the servers were maxed out, especially for service on the beach. But overall, can’t wait to return.

The hotel did not honor any VIP benefits. Partial ocean view means first floor with a pool view. They moved us to second floor where we had to sit in edge of balcony to get a peek of the ocean and they called that an upgrade.

The food service and food quality was excellent. The butler service left much to be desired. We were told by our butler that his boss would do what he could to change our dining times from 8 PM to 6 PM. That never happened. BUT, the crowning disappointment is that we checked out one day early due to a urgent family matter. Expedia tried to get Le Blanc to issue a refund for the one night. They refused because we had a prepaid plan. They could have easily bent the rules and granted us a one night refund. Especially if they wanted us to return. They pointed the finger at Expedia. It wasn't Expedia -- they had the power to refund that one night. I won't be going back and it's too bad. They lost a potentially good customer.

Loved this property. The service and staff were exceptional. We did not like the up-selling tactic used for our stay. They claimed that for a partial ocean view, they only had one ground floor room available. The occupancy was very low the first week of our stay. We upgraded to a higher floor but felt it was a game to have us purchase the higher cost room and sit through the “time share” like presentation. It certainly started our trip on a bit of a sour note.

We have traveled to a number of destinations and locations, yet this was the best to date! The entire staff was amazing. A special shout of to our butler, Montserrat for twice finding us the right pillow on top of numerous other requests! Andres at the International restaurant! Luis, out front as a Bell captain could not have been nicer! And the entire pool/beach side team! Gracias!
