Great hotel for a quick stay. Residential area therefore it’s very quiet. It’s far from the main attractions in Busan so be aware of that.

Very nice and modern hotel
Clean, well priced and comfortable accommodations. The staff at check in were extremely helpful. 5 stars for them. I somehow mistook the location when I booked this hotel - my issue not their’s. Wish it was not in the other side of Busan from Haeundae. Fortunately taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. The pool was never open nor was the lobby bar. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet/restaurant. Would stay again in I needed this location.

This property was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy witb our accomodations. The staff were very kind and helpful and there were many delicious foods nearby. We will definatly be returning to this property for another visit!

Hotel room is very spacious and has great view. However, front manager was not aware of VIP access program and didn't offer any kind of benefit. Sound proof wasn't good, and I had to wake up several times because of a baby cying overnight.

Pretty standard 4 stars hotel. Didn’t realise it’s so far away from most of the main attractions. It took us a train bus to get to from Busan station. Although we got used to it eventually but it’s a little waste of time if you have to spend on public transport 2-3 hours per day. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly. Seems like having a issue cooling down the place. Pros: very professional room-making skills. We are pretty impressed how our clothes even got fold so nicely. Definitely a plus for our experience. The hotel has a laundry and a gym. Overall it was okay for a 3 nights stay.

I was not able to control the room temperature. I could not sleep at night because I was too hot. I asked if there was a way to reduce the temperature and I was told it was set on a set schedule that could not be changed. I travel all of the world and KR is the only country that does this. I use to stay at the Paragon hotel and i hated it for that reason.

You better check the AC works!
The hotel is super nice, has very convenient parking and a good breakfast. The Gym was open and well equipped. Rooms are new, modern, and have enough space for working. What was terrible, at least during my stay, was the climatazion, the control temperature didn't work during my whole stay. 27.5deg Celsius, even tho I complain they didn't fix it and if you have to work at the room is not comfy. It is like they try better the customer who book using their website rather than the ones using apps. When I left, they only said sorry.

Great location, great views. Continues Shilla brand to this budget accomodation. Excellent bed firmness, pillow and bed sheets. Could not ask for a better sleep. Would go again just for the sleep experience alone.
