But we don't have a beach view, we have a harbor view. Gyeongbokgung Palace was the main palace of the Joseon Dynasty, but it was severely damaged by two Japanese invasions, and its current appearance is very different from the original. In contrast, Changdeokgung and Changgyeonggung are the palaces that are closest to their original state, and are actually the palaces where the kings of Joseon stayed the longest. It could be me, the owner, who helped you at the reception, or it could be one of our staff all of whom are more friendly and professional than me :) Winter is cold in Korea, so we have a floor heating system called "ondol". It warms up the whole room. Sometimes hotels use just steam from the air conditioner to heat the room, but I don't recommend it because the air becomes stuffy and some parts of the room are still cold. We have both air conditioning and heating individually adjustable in each room. Since our hotel was built during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have fans at the entrance of every room to circulate air. Hello, my guest.Songdo is a wonderful place with a beach, but it is uncomfortable for foreign guests to use because there is no subway. You are a party of four couples and used four rooms. Our hotel check-out is 12 o'clock and check-in is 16 o'clock. For your convenience, we helped you check in one cleaned room at 12 o'clock for free. You could check before making a reservation that our hotel doesn't have a baby guard. We don't offer extra beds, we offer a floor-to-floor Korean yobble set. You were able to check this information before check-in, and we sent a message explaining the contents right after the reservation. By the way, you requested an additional 8 pillow for free after checking in.(Our hotel basically provides four pillows for a double bed.) We offered two pillows for free. You asked for extra bedding, and we gave you a 50% discount on it. Your party brought two cars, and we waived the parking fee for one. And your car also checked out, brought the car back and helped you park for free until late in the afternoon. It is natural to pay an additional fee to use additional services other than the basic services provided by the hotel. If there is a free service from the hotel, it is the hotel's consideration, not your natural right.
