Chose this hotel before a cruise. It is about a 5 minute drive to the terminal. It is within walking distance to Florida Street which has many shops, including souvenirs. The breakfast is decent, nothing spectacular. The reception desk was very friendly, but hostess at restaurant, not so much. Overall, a good choice for cruisers.

The location is good; lobby, restaurant and bar are great. However, the room is dated and needs to be updated. The water was yellow when shower was started; it needed to run a few minutes before it cleared out. For the price I paid, I expected better room amenities.

Wonderful breakfast included with stay. Convenient to Hop On bus route for touring the city. Lovely facility although room needed some updating which is happening with current renovations.

Arrived early, around noon (totally get it) and kept being told to check back in an hour. Finally by 4:30 our room was ready. Hotel is nice, the room was a bit dated, but comfortable. Pool and fitness areas are fantastic! Service at the pool bar left much to be desired.

The pool was really nice. Our room was very dated with the bathroom looking like it was in need of repair. There was peeling paint, a cracked vanity top and the bathtub had curious stains in it. We talked to the duty manager who said she would do something but nothing was done. Check out was horrendously slow. We just wanted a copy of our room statement but I stood in line for about half an hour while they only took people from their premium line. I finally gave up and walked away The other line could have been left for hours for all I know. The food in the restaurants was good and the service was friendly and prompt

HUMILIATING STAY AT SHERATON BUENOS AIRES
Feb. 5, 2024, my wife and I checked-in this hotel after embarking from 17- day South America & Antartica cruise. It took us almost an hour to check-in even though there was short line of people checking-in. It was pass 1:00 PM. Room key was not provided and have to wait until 2:50 to get our room key. Our room reservation is for king size bed and they gave us 2 twin size bed. The guy with a pony tail hair who help us is rude and barely speak English. I would like to mention that our reservation includes breakfast. Feb. 6 2024, my wife and I were resting in the lobby after a half day tour of Buenos Aires. We were seating separately. About half an hour later, a security guard, who barely speak English came to me and asked me if I stay in the hotel, which I said yes and continued reading the news from my cellphone. About 15 minutes later, I was surrounded by 4 burly security guards, including the Director of Security who suspected me of trespassing to the extend of harassing me and showing me out to the door even though I already showed them my room key. These guards also disrespected my wife as I was about to seat with her. This harrowing experience was only diffused when I demanded to talk to the hotel manager, whom she came after a few minutes. This is the most humiliating, disgusting experience in all of our travel in 65 countries around the world. Breakfast is disgusting, preparation of food is unsanitary. The staffs preparing the food use bare hands. NOT RECOMMENDED

Once a very nice property but now very much requires updating and facelift. Worn carpets, mold in bathroom, bathroom doors cracked and rotting, taps and faucets loose, arm chair springs and cushion seat worn out, drapes torn... then rude servers in lounges... would not stay there again.

The room I got had an outdated bathroom and the wifi did not work in the room until They repaired the router serving my room the second day. The restaurant was great and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Loved our over all experience!
Loved the location, we could walk to so many areas. The staff was very attentive and polite. The overall main shared areas were very clean and bright. The room we were in however needed a little TLC but still quite comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was out of this world amazing.

We stayed at the Sheraton in January 2020 and again in March 2023. The property is close to local restaurants and to the train station and the port which is what interested us. I would recommend this location as the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and provided all of the amenities we were looking for.

They had issues with internet nad I had a very important meeting to attend on line and missed it... I try to get an early chech in as I was going to stay for 7 hours at the hotel and they did not considered it...
