"Easy walking distance to many restaurants and Buenos Aires attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bed was excellent with very good pillows and mattress."
"The facility was spacious and there was a comfortable couch to sit. (View only of a brick wall. ) Bed comfortable with good linen. The suite had a small fridge (full of stuff the hotel wanted you to purchase) and a small microwave. There were no knives and no bowls supplied, nor any cloths. There was no cleaning service (extra charge) Coffee cups had never been cleaned (stains from tea and coffee)
Obviously no concept of what travellers would expect or need. "
"I like that the property is close to good restaurants, 15 minute walks to museum and parks. Front desk staff are wonderful, apartments are nice....would stay here again."
"Overall a very comfortable stay and the staff there were always attentive. The location is central in Recoleta, an upscale neighborhood with lots of shopping and a variety of different restaurants. My one problem was that the wifi was terrible and I needed it for personal business."
"This hotel is in a great location near great shops and restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. We had a little kitchenette that was very helpful given the length of our stay. "
"We planned to stay only 2 nights but added 4 more because the hotel and room were perfect for us and the hotel staff do kind and professional.
The room was clean, well furnished and a very convenient layout. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.
The food in the dining room and room service was delicious and a good variety.
The decor is great, especially the use of living plant walls and refreshing green plants in many places."
