Un excellent hôtel. Propreté impeccable. Par contre, le service à la réception laissait à désirer. Beaucoup de gens dans le bureau à côté de la réception et peu en poste à la réception, malgré une file d’attente. Deux jours de suite, la section où on peu acheter des boissons ou nourriture pendant la journée et soirée était fermée ?

The breakfast was understaffed and not well organized. The coffee machine area was not attended frequently enough - it was a mass most of the time. From many details, you can tell there is no one on top of the breakfast operation.

The Bathroom is not costumer friendly, we could use washcloths, Lotion & flat Iron The Mattress was kinda hard for me & there was only 1 pillow per costumer. The food was just So so .. it needs more Protein & Fruits ( not a lot of bread & powdered eggs ) .

The worst hotel on our European trip. After staying in another H2 hotel we knew what to expect. Didn't meet our expectations at all. Found a clump of hair in the dirty washroom corner. Went down for breakfast there was only little bit of baked beans in the hot food section. Staff very slow to bring out more food which was gone quickly. Toaster was out of service.

It is nice but did not feel warm. It's a functioning modern day hotel with no ambiance. It processes people which it's suppose to do. Too high techy for an old guy like me. All good though. Bar was suppose to be open every night and was never opened due to technical issues. I don't think so. Still overall good but just not my kind of place.
