Our initial room had shown as being cleaned on the hotel system but in fact it hadnt but we were moved swiftly and compensated with complimentary drinks by a very efficient and pleasant member of staff. "I loved the quality of the restaurants and the staff. Despite being in Romania where there are not many, in my experience, who speak english; All of the staff spoke english and were very helpful at helping me find my way. I booked this hotel over my other options due to the advertised out door pool and the sauna. What I was not told is that the pool is closed and being renevated and the inside pool is a seperate business that is open to the public for access. The gym was nice but very difficult...

"Well located, reasonably priced hotel. The economy room is a little small but had everything we needed including a fridge which is great. Breakfast was simple but catered for all tastes. Staff were friendly."
