Barndominium/Paradise Stables is located on back side of property at Paradise Pointe! Barndominium is inside Paradise Stables (above the feed room). We no longer keep horses inside Paradise Stables but the bardominium is above the feed room so you might smell horses. Horses are either grazing in the pasture or in stables nearby. Kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, WIFI, Satellite, fire pit, charcoal grill etc. Walk or drive around 900 feet to the front side of property at Paradise Pointe where you can enjoy the VIEW from the BLUFF & POOL decks & also enjoy the HUGE INDOOR POOL HOUSE with outdoor deck.19 rentals has access to pool house. Walk our HIKING TRAIL to tristate corner of AL/TN/GA.

2 queen beds & bunk (full over full) & 2 bathrooms.

Barndominium is for 8 guests including children! Upon approval we allow 1 extra guest for a fee of $40 per stay. If you bring more than 8 guests & did not pay you will be charged after arrival.

1/2 of payment will be due when booked & other 1/2 will automatically be charged to your card 30 days before arrival. If your check in date is less than 30 days, both payments will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy! 100% refund minus $50 processing fee if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival day. 50% refund of total reservation (minus the service fee) if you cancel 31-59 days before arrival day. NO REFUND if you cancel 30 days or less before arrival day.

Amazing place…but
We had a really wonderful stay! Reading the previous reviews I was prepared for the “horse smell” and I will say a candle definitely solved that problem. The property is so cool and has lots of fun amenities-my daughter fell in love with all the animals around. Couple of things- they say to bring a blanket and I definitely WOULD! The bedding is very thin. Also, the blinds need a lot of work+curtains would have made this a more comfortable stay for us. We will definitely be going back but probably to stay at a different rental. Overall loved our experience!

Family Getaway
Paradise Resort is a great place for family fun and relaxation. The adults and kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and outdoors. We will return in the future and try one of the other lodging options.

There will be horses in the stable below the space. It is above an area that others work. There are also goats, ducks, and chickens on property. The view from the pool house is breathtaking.

The barndominium was very clean and a perfect location to have that cabin vacation feel and still be close to Chattanooga for sight seeing. The kids absolutely loved the pool (which was heated as a plus) and slide. We also got to see and pet the beautiful horses they had on location. Highly recommend staying here!

Smells like a barn. The property itself of beautiful
The property itself is beautiful! The thing that took away from our experience was the very strong horse (poop) smell. I was hesitant about the listing for this reason to begin with. However, the listing said the horses are no longer kept in this location so I was comfortable that it wouldn’t smell. Sadly, this was very much not the case. All of our luggage/clothes are having to be washed twice due to the strong smell it soaked up while staying there. It is an amazing property with great amenities for the kids.. just know if you choose the barndaminium, prepare for a very strong smell.

Most unique vacation
Let's get this out of the way...you're in a stable. It smells like a stable. There are stable things like noisy horses, and the occasional mouse. If you're afraid of any of that, this specific property isn't for you. However, we took full advantage and loved on the horses as much as possible. It's a fun and unique place to stay and my kids asked if we could come back! It's very close to chattanooga, which was perfect for some spring break tourism. And the pool was the perfect distraction for the kids when we didn't feel like going anywhere. The views by the pool are beautiful. If you're looking for the nostalgic feel of summer camp (but upgraded to include actual beds and kitchen), this is it!

The view was amazing, the kids loved the horse's. The only minor issue with the place was one TV was not plugged up, and could not figure how to hook it up, but it had 3 other tvs so we just didn't bother with it. Overall I will definitely recommend this place.

Softball weekend
We found this property on a whim trying to find a place to stay for a softball weekend when everything near by was booked. What a great surprise! The property is absolutely beautiful. The barndaminium was perfect for our trip. Super clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. You could smell the horses when we first arrived but we quickly acclimated and it was not bad. Every person we came in contact with that worked on the property was super friendly. We even got to pet and groom the horses!

Rental attached to horse stables a bad idea.
Everything smelled of horse manure and urine. If the smells get in the ammonia is getting in too. Even my breath smells of it as I found out when I got home. Your lungs will be filtering that smell keeping it inside. Stay away unless you know what you are getting into and is willing to do so. I hated it the moment we stepped inside.

When we arrived the smell of horse urine and manure was almost overpowering. First night sleep was terrible because a gate had apparently not been closed on a stall and the horse was kicking loudly most of the night. Contacted owner the next morning to report issues. Smell was addressed with candles and fans they provided. Second night no kicking (which is quite loud) since the rental is right above the stables. I would rent again from the hosts, but not this particular one. They have other beautiful rentals with terrific views. All of the amenities such as pool and large patio deck are near the rentals at the front of the property. This one has no views.
