The lobby & breakfast area were beautiful and the hotel was close to transit. We liked the room and the kitchenette, and the choice machine in the lobby made nice coffees. Close to a little grocery store & restaurants too. We weren't given any information about breakfast so had to ask later. It was quite noisy, and a fire alarm went off in the evening. We went down to the lobby where many had gathered but there was no information announced. After a few minutes we overheard that it was a false alarm (someone was cooking & burnt their food) so we had to ask a staff for clarification.

Very poor experience - avoid!
While this place is well located and has good restaurants nearby it wasn’t a nice place to stay. The drain in the bath was blocked so water from the shower collected in the tub. We brought this to the attention of staff each day of our 3 night stay. We were told that they would send someone but never did. This resulted in us needing to step into the dirty water in the bath to have a shower. Not acceptable. The lobby was under construction but there was no mention of this. It also meant the lift didn’t go to the entrance. Also, the heating was always on which made the room very uncomfortable. We had to sleep with the window completely open. We booked a double room but the bed was just two singles pushed together. You might expect this level of unbothered from a discount budget hotel, but this stay wasn’t cheap. Overall, very disappointing stay made worse by a complete lack of communication from staff and no solutions offered.

The place is being remodeled, therefore the lifts were not working properly and we had to use the stairs, but the room was perfect. Great location and comfortable.

Great place to stay, handy to the metro and shops. Rooms were an excellent size. There were 4 adults staying and we didn't feel cramped. The entrance was being renovated so the lifts didn't always do what we wanted, but that didn't really hinder us and should be completed in a timely manner. Good sized kitchen. Would stay again.

Excellent location for uptown restaurants and close to metro hub for getting anywhere quickly. Surprised to have no room housekeeping for all our five day stay, would have been nice not to have to ask for toilet rolls! But though basic the room had everything we needed and despite some building works all worked well. Staff was helpful. Altogether good stay.

A comfortable stay with a kitchen. Extra pillows were great. Comfortable bed. Grocery store close by. The room was very hot and was greatful there was a fan available to use from house keeping. There is no air con in the apartment. There is black on the ceiling of our bathroom (above shower) , likely do to lack of ventilation.

Location was amazing. Front desk service was very helpful. Excellent customer care. Room accommodated all requirements and more! Very modern and clean. Would recommend more shampoo 2 in 1 body wash as bottle was less than half full and not topped up during one week stay. Apart from that minor,I rate this stay as amazing. Safe and local to all amenities. Will definitely be coming back next time for the Christmas markets. Make sure you book this apartment-hotel!! It will not disappoint.

We were looking for a hotel reasonably central in Brussels which also offered parking. This fitted the bill perfectly, very close to Avenue Louise and just a few minutes walk to Grand Place. The room was a great size and well equipped and the staff were very helpful. There was onsite parking for a fee which was really helpful, but be warned, the access is quite tight so would be tricky for a large car.

Room was comfortable, liked that the toilet was separate from the shower and away from the bedroom. I just wish check in was earlier and towels were changed more often.

Great restaurants and bakeries a stones throw away, and walking distance from a lot of the main attractions in Brussels, as well as Brussels-South train station. The room was clean and has a nice kitchenette if you need it, as well. Moreover, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Standard aparthotel though. No AC so one needs to be conscious of that during summer. Room cleaning is not daily. Its once a week for long stays. We stayed 4 nights without cleaning. Just be aware of that. I also think the corridor caroets will do with some change.

Perfect stay for 1 week. 1 bad point I want to mention is the airco. No airco in the rooms and the temperature was so high. And you can't leave the window open since it is very noisy outside. But beside that everything was perfect. Thank you

Have been there many times but no attention to detail. Bathroom fixtures becoming detached from the wall and only requiring a few turns of a screw driver or little DIY. Hangers in cupboard were left exactly how the precious guest had left themselves turned, twisted, all mixed up. There used to be a minimum Coffee and tea making supplies in the room and a proper bean to cup in the lobby, but that’s all gone! Staff were friendly and helpful, but it’s kept to a strict minimum since there never was more than one at the desk but more heard chatting in the back office, unless they were only passing by?
