"You have noise from traffic no matter which side of hotel your room is. On the backside of hotel you have distant never ending sound of cars on 84. On the front side you have close local traffic from Grand St. The traffic from Grand st. louder, but dies down at night. I like the Grand st. side better ..."

Have been visiting this town for many years; as lovely as ever, but its quintessential look & feel becoming much less so due recent expansion. Hope the nice folks at Newbury restore rooms to previous crispness. Fave new eatery: Campy's!

Quaint little town. Lots of nice people and restaurants. Found a lovely park: Williams Park and Gurski farm where we took a walk. Very peaceful oasis amid town traffic, etc. New Milford it a nice town also for walking, dining, etc.
