"Our stay has been a delight. The room is well appointed and the bed and bedding are top notch! The pool was lovely after a long days drive. They have awesome robes to wear to the pool. The Bears Paw dining had awesome food and even gluten free choices for me. "

"We booked last year in early May ,and was not aware that nothing was open for restaurants or the gondola. We ended up having to drive down the mountain and buy all our food. The staff informed us that everything opens the long weekend. With that information ,we booked this past long weekend instead. Arrived and found nothing open again. Found out it opens at the end of May. Ended up leaving early. Be prepared with groceries. "

"Clean rooms. Easy check in. Comfy beds. Thin walls. Give rooms above the restaurant and could hear the music loudly in the room. Good little continental breakfast. "

"Beautiful and quiet. We were lucky enough to be the only lodgers for the one night. Every part of this lodge is beautiful and comfortable. Beds and bedding are lovely. Nespresso machine and a mini fridge that is actually cold! Staff was so welcoming - we will be back!"

"I stayed for 1 night with my family when we stopped for 2 days of skiing at Kicking Horse on a drive across Candada. This place is conveniently located between town and the resort, though you will have to drive to get anywhere. The place was very self service, but I found everything we needed and expected. It had a nice great room for hanging out reading a book and some apres."

"property manager said we had old rental agreement from Expedia & thus check in was 5pm instead of 4pm. also check out was now 10am instead of 11am. When traveling with young children, that was really annoying and inconvenient. Upon being pushed, they did agree to early check in without penalty, but wouldn't budge on check out. Also, for 1st time in any place, I stayed, they wanted you to run dishwasher and then empty & put dishes away. With 10am leave, it meant having to hand clean up breakfast...

"This place is spacious. Our kids were able to unwind and play. The yard was great as well. Beds were comfy and the sauna was a bonus. Close to town and the ski hill. We will be back. Host was extremely helpful and quick to reply. Thank you."
