"The hotel is in a stunning location- it takes your breath away The rooms are comfortable and meet all of your needs However, the service is unfortunately not on par with a 5* We stayed for 5 days and our food bill was quite high - which we wouldn’t have minded if the food had been at a 5* level Servers would bring your food and ask every time who had ordered what? a bowl of soup that was frozen vegetables with chicken broth poured into it was the clincher for us. "This is certainly a gem on Okanagan Lake! Beautiful lake view, large spacious rooms, kitchen has everything you need and the pool and hot tub area was amazing. Located close to everything yet in a quiet removed spot. Beautiful walks along the beach and the adjacent nut farm. Can’t say enough about this property. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a wonderful weekend getaway, and Quaaout was a great spot for nature and even a bit of golf! Was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful level of service , first class professionalism, starting at the door upon arrival. Felt like we were a valued guest from the first minute. Beds were super comfortable, and lovely lake view with a quaint outdoor coffee spot from our room with enough privacy to enjoy while indulging in the awesome Super Comfy Bathrobes !!"

"Beautiful, serene place to stay. We walked to the clubhouse and had the most delicious breakfast and very fair priced. They offered a continental breakfast, as well. Rooms were pretty clean. Lamps need dusting and there were hairs in the bath tub that didn’t belong to us. Beds are super comfy and the view is spectacular. I would most definitely stay here again! It’s a define retreat. "

"The parking was hard as the hotel was full and there was a conference there so there were local people there making it tough for hotel guests to find parking. That is my only complaint. "
