We love the proximity to the airport. We had a disabled room which we didn’t need. Plenty of space but the shower floor didn’t dry easily and the water flowed outside the shower tiles making the floor slippery. There was no de caff tea or coffee which we would have expected. It was only a one night stay so didn’t mention it as we left early. Breakfast on the go was good. Helpful staff.

Great place to stay the night before or after your flight. Rooms were lovely and clean, hot drink facilites, powerful shower and the food in the restaurant was delicious! There was also a great selection of food on the breakfast buffet. Definitley will be staying here again and would recomment to friends and family

It was good that their breakfast service started at 4am it enabled us to use it before we had to leave for the departure terminal. Easy access too to the terminal walking up ftom the hotel.

I had early flight .went for breakfast at 5am I asked fot a carry out bag as i had done many times in the past and was told they don't do it any more So i don't eat till 10am so was quite disappointed with this but everything else was fine Staff very helpful

Everything was really clean. The twin room we had was spacious with a good shower room. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the food was good. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport for our morning flight - and there was a clearly marked path to get there. We were really impressed and wished we'd booked the hotel again when we came home!

Polite and helpful young man at reception when arriving at midnight. Good breakfast, especially the watermelon, pastrami and vegetarian spring rolls . Very good nights sleep in comfy bed and easily controlled room temperature. Would have liked herb teas in room and been offered fresh milk to take up to room when I arrived.

The main reason for my poor rating is I booked a twin room and received a cramped room with a double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed for myself and my mother. The sofa bed had an extremely thin mattress and exposed metal levers etc making it impossible to get comfortable or in and put of safely without snagging legs etc on the metal. Very unhappy!

It was very close to the airport for an early morning flight, but construction hindered easy access between the hotel and the airport. The staff however arranged transport from the hotel right to the departures door. As seniors in our mid-70's we could not have managed our luggage the half mile up hill.

Diversion route to hotel from terminal
Stayed after holiday as flight arrived in the evening. Reception staff very curteous and dealt with efficiently. The route from the airport building to the hotel was closed so had to follow diversion route. This was around the hotel on quite a narrow path and then through the car park. I was disappointed that I was not notified by the hotel about this nor was there any apology or notification as to why the normal route was closed which would have been curteous. Some people may find the diversion quite difficult particularly with heavy suitcases

It was difficult to walk to the hotel in the wind and dark, because the short passage has been closed by a sinkhole. The breakfast was good and the room was fine but I thought quite expensive

A bit of a trek from the terminal building, no covered walkway or any route to avoid significant slopes or steps. Limited dining options which is understandable but one or two menu offerings really don’t turn out that well, whilst others are very acceptable. Very comfy beds and clean. Helpful staff.

When we arrived at 11pm ,was informed the car park would cost 45 pound ,obviously I didnt reseach this enough because I would not have booked to stay here

We found the hotel up he a great location at Bristol Airport. Staff all very helpful and hotel clean. Bed was not comfortable, nor the pillows neither of us slept.

Disappointing
The stay was marred by the parking problems! We didn't realise you had to validate the parking ticket at the reception, so my husband dropped me off then left. Unfortunately he didn't have his reading glasses on so thought he was paying £6 to get out of the barrier. I checked in, the receptionist did not check if I had a car, I went to my room unpacked then realised I hadn't given in the registration of our car, went back only to be told it would cost £60!!! as we were supposed to bring the ticket in to reception, I phoned my husband and yep he had been charged £60. It ruined the start of a long awaited weekend away with my niece. Very confusing the receptionists weren't helpful at all, we are in our sixties so very disappointing, only hope we can make a claim back from the airport.

Perfect for early flight out of BRS
Perfect for an early flight out of Bristol the next morning. All staff were lovely, though hotel seemed quite busy and they were potentially a little under staffed as could be length queues for bar service.
