"Great location--just across the street from the Botanical Gardens, and in walking distance of Queen Street shopping mall. Staff were super friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable."
"Very nice stay - plenty of resources such as dishwasher tablets, washing powder and toiletries. Very clean and centrally located for access to the Southbank and CBD. "
"The room was nice, clean and enough space for our one night stay. The rooftop area was really nice. A jacuzzi would’ve been great! Nicer quality mini shampoo’s/conditoners would be ideal as that extra little touch. I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking at the hotel- it should come with the room.

"It was all pretty good with a great cafe(s) and a supermarket right next to the hotel. There were some weird maintenance issues like the hot and cold water were reversed in my apartment but, overall, it was excellent. "
"Good stay for one night, near the airport. Rooms are lacking some basic cleanliness that for the price paid should really be addressed. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and quiet. "

5/5 Excellent
"The hotel is a little tired. Stayed there 20 years ago. The furniture, carpet, pictures on the wall all still the same. Needs a revamp but a great location and amazing staff. Breakfast not so good. Better value in a cafe round the corner."

"My go to hotel in Brisbane. Convenient to everything I need. Good friendly staff, great gym and pool.
This stay however there were signs that housekeeping may have been rushed, things could have been cleaned better, soft drink from previous occupants still beside the bed and general cleaning not up to expected standard.
However would stay again"
