The property was great. I did not know to get your parking pass you had to talk to someone else and all they did was try to sell me more nights . I don’t want a sells pitch when I am tired and just want to check into my room.

Enjoy staying here, wish they would spray more for ants and clean houses better, communicate better with employees, our Wi-Fi the wrong name, pools have the right time they said it was supposed to be, restaurant prices were completely different than menu

NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE FRONT DESK.They have Delivery but when you call nobody answers. If you need something at the front desk nobody answers. If you leave something nobody answers. Front desk opens at 6:30 and nobody answers all day. Why!??

This was a great place for a trip to Branson. The house was clean and great, some age spots like a broken drawer here, light out there, slow fridge and stove but functional, nothing serious unless you're a perfectionist. Had everything I needed for a stay with 4 kids. Saved a ton of money by just getting grocery delivery and making our own meals in the full kitchen (pizzas, spaghetti and meatballs, sandwiches). Pre-chilled water in the fridge for outings. SDC and the strip are 10 to 15 minutes away (off season). Would love to do it again!

2nd stay here. Beautiful area with tons of amenities /activities Parking can be tight at the cabins. They are spacious ,comfortable but in need of some upkeep ! The sofa was peeling ,light fixture over table had cobwebs and was crooked . The pillar at front porch was rotten and looked very unsafe. The back porch area had a robins nest in the light fixture and they kept attacking when we would go out. The refrigerator would not cool our food (had to throw it out) we did call maintenance and they came but it only cooled for about 2 hours The pools were very nice , staff were all very friendly Check in took a very long time It was a very reasonable rate for rate and would like to stay again but hoping they do some upkeep on the properties

This place is great! The cottage had a full kitchen with all the pots pans and dishes you would need, they also had dish soap, salt and pepper and dishwasher with the tablets to use it. Our cottage was not cleaned very well, there was a pacifier on the floor in the living room and some wrappers u der the bed from the previous people, there was also what looked to be feces on the wall in the upstairs bathroom, the toilet paper was VERY thin and when we called to the main office to have clean towels and toilet paper brought to our cottage nobody came with them so we ended up buying oir own toilet paper and just washing the towels ourselves which was ok. They also have deals on discounted tickets and activities goi g on all week. We will definitely be going back here!

The space was incredible-very comfortable, Pretty landscaping too. Maintenance needed to be ugraded-fireplace didn't work properly which was disappointing. We called the Internet service and he came promptly but the internet didn't work. We went into Chick-Fil-La to have computer service. Overall we really liked the townhome.

It was okay, but not very clean. There was a rat trap left out on the back patio with rat poop all around it. Dead bugs were all over the inside, including on top of the stove. All the dishes were extremely dirty. Floor was not very well swept. It just looked like they had not rented the cottage in a long time and hadn’t bothered to check it before we stayed. They also try to rope you into a timeshare sales pitch even though you have bought and paid for the room with no intention of dealing with timeshare nonsense. Capital vacations is a horrible company. I would not recommend any of their properties. I have stayed at the grand crown in Branson, which is also a capital vacations property. The room there was old and not well kept either.

The property grounds were very well kept and maintained. You feel safe with having a gated entrance and having your own little house (cottage) was great for our family. The downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom upstairs. Overall it appeared clean but the toilet area didn’t look like it had been wiped down or cleaned. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were dirty and had Cheeto? hand prints on and around the handles. There were dried boogers all over the toilet paper holder on the wall. The towels were like sand paper. Other than the bathroom, the rest of the house was well maintained.

This property was very nice & easy & convenient. It was 15 minutes away from the strip. The rooms & bathrooms was very nice & very spacious. Nice two big living room & great kitchen & dining area. I will return to this property again. The staff was very friendly & welcome us with warm welcome & reach out to us everyday about the activities events.

The property is on the side of a hill by Table Rock Lake. All the rentals are so cute with their different colors houses and beautiful landscaping. Security at the entrance so I felt safe

This is a time share property. We got the hard press at check in even after we said we were not interested in doing any of that. Then our house was up a bunch of stairs and had no off street parking even after we requested that it have as little steps and off street parking due to handicap and small children. Then place was mostly clean but have ZERO hot water and when we called to have it fixed we were told the maintenance people couldn't get to it until the next day. We traveled for hours, had tired and dirty small children we couldn't even give a proper bath for bed. We had to call again mid-morning to get someone to come fix it. Absolutely nothing was given in return for not being able to shower or bathe for the first day we were there.

It was ok… not the best Branson has to offer. There was dog poop all in our cottages small front yard, and the floors were dirty upon arrival. It’s nice and quiet but it is NOT walking distance to anything. Lighthouse was pretty cool to walk up in. Very small indoor pool.

This resort was very nice, the property was very cute, clean and cozy. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was upon check in, the concierge makes you go to the booth across to get your parking pass where there are gentlemen who in the process of getting your parking pass try to sell you show tickets for a cheaper price in exchange of listening to their sales pitch and tour on how to book future stays and do a “time share” like tour they say will take about an hour and you have to schedule a time before you can purchase tickets. The one gentleman was very persistent and after driving for 8 hrs, all we wanted to do was get our parking pass and get to our property we were staying at. If it wasn’t for this persistent pitch, I would give this review 5 stars across the board.

We were charged a resort fee even though it was not stated before hand. The hot water was fizzing out and it didn't get hot. They fixed it though. One of the beds had hair on the sheets so we asked for them to be changed. They gave us extra sheets and told us we had to change them ourselves. We ran out of towels and asked for extras. They told us we had to wash them ourselves. They supplied the detergent. Why are we paying resort fees and we doing the work ourselves. (Not use to that)

Beautiful cottage style home, nice and clean. However, the upstairs bed had a broken leg, downstairs shade doesn’t close properly and the wood along the tub framing was chipped. We stayed during low season and paid discounted rate so no major complaints but it does appear the property is in need of maintenance & renovation.

This is one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I knew this going in but if you don’t, here you go. They sell these to hotels.com customers to get you to buy a time share so you check in and then you get sent to a different desk to for your parking pass where they offer you a free breakfast where they’ll sell you a time share. Here’s where it gets fun. Checked into our first room, turned on the light and roaches started running all over the kitchen. Killed one, packed everything back up, drove all the way back up to the front desk. Gave them the roach. They did apologize over and over and give us a new room. The new room didn’t have any roaches, but, it was equally as dirty. I checked it over throughly before bringing any bags or kids in and I found previous guests socks, hair ties, pubic hair, toenail clippings and crumbs all over the floor, tops of crack needles hidden under the fridge and so on. This place is absolutely disgusting to have 2 rooms like this, everywhere on property is like this. I spent the first hour of my vacation sweeping, whipping and mopping floors. I’ve stayed at roadside motels cleaner than this! Except they’re only $30. This was $200 plus resort fee! I didn’t even tell the front desk about the 2nd room b/c I didn’t want to have to pack up and move everything again. I just cleaned it up the best I could and left the previous guests crack needles and socks untouched. Avoid this place!
