The alarm clock didn't work. I had to go to the office to get a listing of the channels. Your website indicated that they serve a full breakfast. Not so! It was a very poor continental breakfast. They had two cold cereals, neither to my liking. They had a few pastries, none of which I like and they had a few unripened apples.

Well...as soon as we walked into our room there layed a dead ROACHE, then went to turn around to walk right back out of the room they started to crawl on the floor our of the furniture....NO THANK YOU!!! GROSS DON'T STAY THESE EVER!!!!

Pricing was what drew me to this hotel. Guess I should not have expected too much. Only issues about cleanliness was found live spider in the mattress cover while checking out bedding. Also burnt hole in outer cover. Hotel really needs a face lift.

Very rarely do I give a negative review- as a business traveler I don't really have many expectations of a hotel (especially one this low cost), however, this one managed to underwhelm on all fronts. The primary issue is service- someone might want to tell these employees they are in the hospitality industry. There were problems with my first room- including a non-functioning TV as well as a shower with no pressure/no hot water. The second issue was enough for me to ask for another room. Again, that's not a huge issue (although it shouldn't probably happen), but the belligerent/hostile manner of the evening desk clerk was. Given the back & forth between rooms, i unfortunately left something behind in the room. It took me nearly two weeks (& several calls) to get someone to bother to check and see if the item was in the lost and found... on multiple occasions I was (rudely) told that "only the manager" had access to the lost & found. Unfortunately, the manager never called back, despite multiple messages... I ultimately was able to find an employee who was willing to look into it... IMO, employees who are rude/hostile (and unwilling to help) customers is not acceptable. If you are staying here, you are gambling that you do not have any issues with your stay (which isn't playing the percentages) because if you do, well, good luck getting them resolved. I've travelled to BG many times for business- there are plenty of other options. Look elsewhere.

Room was clean and comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was a bit old but worked well. The in-room coffee was reasonably good. I was impressed with the air conditioning/heat. It was very easy to use, just set the temperature digitally. It did the rest and was very quiet.

Decent hotel close to interstate
On our way to Florida and stayed here for the second time in as many years. This hotel is close to many restaurants, stores, gas stations etc. a clean safe place to stay. We will stay here again next year.
