The room is outdated. The door does not lock from the outside. We have to take turns going in and out of the room just so that the door is not ajar. There are random people walking and talking out loud. Early the next morning at around 4 AM there was a loud banging on the adjacent door that made us all awake only to find out that the woman left her key inside. They are not only understaffed but also the staff are not knowledgeable of the amenities of their own hotel.

This property is infested with bedbugs. I was bit during the night. Upon inspection of the bed, located multiple bed bugs. Incident was video recorded for record. Found needles in the parking lot. Hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Vents have not been cleaned. a/c was filthy. Furniture was torn and broken apparently from a dog or animal. Very disappointed. Spent the rest of my night in the car. Threw away the clothes I brought to the room with me with fear of infesting my own home /vehicle. Contacted extra stay and have not had someone attempt to contact me back. There are drug addicts in the parking lot and needles all throughout that is a safety hazard, especially to the guests with kids!!! Absolutely disgusted with my stay. Very surprised hotels such as this one are allowed to serve customers on the Expedia platform! Very disappointing!

The guy at the front desk was awesome. Helpful, pleasant and welcoming. He puts in the effort. The place is actually a government funded shelter for the wave of migrants coming from third world countries. If you stay there be prepared for that atmosphere, not a hotel. But the staff are top notch.

There were no blankets for the pullout couch, other rooms were very noisy. Rust covered refrigerator it was manageable for 1 night but I wouldn’t recommend.

No fire alarm and almost a year of expired product
am not happy at all with my stay. I'm actually extremely upset that I wasted $114.60 plus another $14 So my first complaint is - the room I was in. 234 - had no smoke detectors in it. Now in the state of Massachusetts - It's the law to actually have both a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector in each and every room. And if there's not one it is to be reported to the fire department and the building code inspectors. And if a room does not in fact have those items it should not be available to the public It should be locked and closed in the fact that it's not is outrageous.like what if there was a fire? Now my other complaint is there are two vending machines One is four drinks and the other one is for snacks every single item I got was expired I got a can of yoo-hoo - expired February 2nd 2023 I have pictures of everything I got 2 bags of pretzels - those were expired in August of 2023 Smart food popcorn was also expired And then I went down to the vending machine cuz I wanted to see if there was anything else that you could physically see and unfortunately that I didn't take a photo but there was pretzels in there that were expired in October.

I do not recommend. The room is stale and outdated. Heating/cooling system is inefficient. Bed sheets were itchy and unclean. There’s no way anyone could sleep in that—for fear of Potential bed bugs had to leave in the middle of the night. The customer service response wasn’t any better. They don’t care and will not refund you your money offering instead to give you another room. When you express that bed bugs are not a risk you want to take, they will respond that’s your choice. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay in this establishment.

My stay was for only one night before an upcoming early medical appointment. The 1st room I was given smelled like stale cigarettes. Staff was hesitant to give me another room and, instead, offered me a can of air freshener. When I insisted on another room, I was given one with stained carpeting and furniture.
