"Absolutely amazing stay at the B&B. John and Luke were amazing hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. The place was spotless, and plenty of room in the rooms. Breakfast was unreal with plenty of choices."

"We were welcomed with a smile, checked in shown our room. The room was compact but had everything we needed our own bathroom unlike many Blackpool guest houses, plenty of tea and coffee. Next time we come to Blackpool we will be trying to book this again Many thanks guys"

"The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the room was a high standard for the price. We got upgraded to a larger room because it was quiet which honestly made our trip so much better as we had a lovely bay window overlooking the sea rather than just a standard window. The breakfast provided had a good selection of cereals and the hot food was tasty and served very quickly. The staff were all very friendly and nothing felt like to much trouble for them. "From the minute we arrived the hosts could not have been more accommodating We arrived around 2.30pm and with limited parking on the street their was no spare spaces but Phil kindly moved his so we could park right outside this goes along way in my book Room was nice and clean as you expect My only worry was going to be the shower as stayed in few hotels in Blackpool where the pressure has been rubbish but this shower did not disappoint Their was a bar at night and the prices very cheap...

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"
