"Everything was almist perfect and would have given 5 stars if house keeping was also as good as other areas of services. I had to keep reminding the front desk about proper cleaning of the room, especially restocking of complimentary 2 bottles of water. Overall, it was a great one week stay. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good. All good!"

"First balcone slide door not closed well we ask to repair they said don’t worry 10 minutes and after one hour someone come but it doesn’t work and while we are waiting we notice that room door could be open from outside from anyone whithout key and after we complain they agreed to give us another room so another room with small and bad small beds and for the cleanliness it’s like joke we found a dirty socks just behind curtain so we decided to spend our night then next morning l check out and...

"Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations "

"The rooms had an amazing view of the black sea, and it was pretty big. However, although they were non-smoking rooms, they had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The A/C was not activated yet and we had to leave the window open to cool down the room, and this allowed more cigarette smoke from outside smokers. The was only a half roll of toilet paper and one pillow per person. These items should come in twos. The desk person was fantastic and provided good tips for things to see in town. "
