This hotel was top notch. From the history of the building it south and the old history around it. You walk into the room greeted with a completely renovated modern feel in the TV welcoming you. There is absolutely no complaints about the hotel or the room itself, but the only major complaint I have is parking!!!! If you don’t valet, you have to go and find parking and risk the safety insecurity of your vehicle. The area seemed really safe, but when you park a vehicle on a road or parking lot overnight you always have that risk. It would be nice if the hotel offered parking without it being valet and with it being safe. Having said that I had no issues at all with parking

Pleasant and helpful staff and pretty rooms and lobby. I did not pay attention to valet only parking. Valet was pleasant and efficient but expensive. Good location to entertainment district (30 minute walk, 4 minute drive). Bedding and towels clean but seemed a little dingy. You have to be comfortable with a little steet noise to stay here. Business friendly not really family friendly.

Even though it was a one night stay I really love how the room was. Very clean and bright and you can see the city from the room. I love how they have your name on the TV screen makes you feel special. Will definitely book again if I’m in the area!

Staff was great and valet. Otherwise, the accommodations were subpar. Two towels were available in the bathroom but there were no tissues in the tissue holder. Biggest complaint, the air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. Side note- Saturday night on the streets outside the hotel were nothing more than car engines going crazy racing down the street. Staff was amazing however.

Hotel is not a 4 star. The reason I was rated it a 3 because the people were so sweet. Otherwise the hotel was not up to par. The rooms was very dusty and the bathroom dirty. I couldn’t breathe half the time because my allergies were on 10. So if you have any type of allergy be careful booking this hotel.

Very nice room, comfy bed and great shower. Request a high floor due to street noise, learned that the hard way. Parking by valet is pricey but nice,esp compared to others in the area. Also, they can be delayed in the early morning hours if you need to be somewhere so plan for that! Otherwise great hotel, will definitely be back.

There was dried blood from the previous guest on our sheet. One of the charging stations on the side of the bed did not work and when we clicked on the link to have our car ready for us, the valet never received the message. Other than that, the stay was great.
